Location
I am based near Lewes, East Sussex. The therapy room I work from is a confidential, comfortable space, with wheelchair and buggy accessibility (new mums/dads, you are welcome to bring baby too). It is 5-10 mins walk from Lewes railway station.
I also offer online and telephone sessions.
How many sessions do I need?
That depends on you. If you want to become clearer about a specific problem, a few sessions may be enough. If you want to change something about yourself in a profound and lasting way, you may need more sessions. Everyone is different, and the answer depends on your personal situation, your aims, and your resources. I can discuss this with you further on the phone or in the first session if you decide to come for therapy.
Fees
£70 per session. I have limited spaces for concessions: please ask.
